Technology Transfer Program
MTC’s Technology Transfer Program offers local traffic engineers, planners, students and others free, half-day seminars on a variety of topics of professional interest.
Tech Transfer seminars include technical presentations by topic experts as well as presentations from local engineers on recent projects in the Bay Area.
Transit Review & Coordination Tech Transfer Seminar
Attendees of the Transit Review & Coordination seminar learned how to complete the new transit review process and document it through the newly updated Complete Streets Checklist portal. Participants also heard from practitioners at Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), the City of Berkeley and Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) about best practices and lessons learned when coordinating projects between local jurisdictions and transit agencies.
