    BAIFA Resolution No. 56. Regional Transit Federal Funding Initiative and BART Rail Car Replacement Program Financing; and Related Actions to Implement These Activities

    A request for approval of BAIFA Resolution No. 56 authorizing the issuance of up to $500 million of BAIFA Obligations to provide long-term financing for repayment of the interim BART Rail Car Replacement Program obligations, establishing the Regional Transit Federal Funding Initiative, approving related financing documents, and receiving the Good Faith Estimate.
